Here at Morettino Lab, we roast the finest Specialty Coffees, single-origin pure Arabica beans from small high-altitude plantations in the coffee’s countries of origin.

Each coffee is carefully selected from the best seasonal harvests, directly at the plantation. Each single origin is roasted with different profiles, designed to enhance the unique characteristics of each coffee’s terroir.

Every Coffee Lover can choose both the coffee type (single origins or blends) and the brewing method: from Espresso to Moka, as well as filter extractions in Chemex, V60, Pour over, and Aeropress.

All of our coffees can be enjoyed during breakfast, accompanied by fantastic baked goods and high-quality pastries.
