Coffee is a symbol of hospitality, of the integration of peoples and cultures. It is with these premises that, within the new Palermo Marina Yachting, stands the Morettino Lab, first Specialty cafe in Palermo designed as a space where to rediscover the pleasure of sharing a coffee with the right time, in front of the sea.
The Morettino Lab is a landing place in the heart of the Port of Palermo where you can slowly live the coffee ritual, with a privileged view of the ancient walls of the city and the boats moored in the pier of Cala.

A long history
over 100 years
The centuries-old tradition of the Morettino master roasters it evolves, giving rise to an “evolved” café with an international vision and a Mediterranean soul. The Morettino Lab wants to be a landing place where slowly rediscover the taste of time and where to celebrate the ritual of coffee and its nuances. A destination for all Coffee Lovers, curious to discover the world of Specialty Coffee and its contaminations.
The project

The project is based on four basic elements: Specialty coffee, with an exclusive selection of high-altitude coffees selected directly in their countries of origin; food, with a sophisticated brunch proposal and a simple and genuine Bakery idea; the mixology with the use of Specialty coffee in blending, and the coffee experience, with routes to introduce the world of coffee and sensory pairing between coffee and the wine, oil and other gastronomic excellences of our territory.
